Enjoying close links with surveyors and solicitors, employing experienced and accessible staff to cover all matters relating to the lending process and having all our operations in one location means that we can react swiftly to requests; whether our clients need help with straightforward acquisitions or complex development projects.

Our minimum loan is £500,000 and we are able to lend in England and Wales against:

  • Residential investment properties
  • Commercial investment properties
  • Commercial properties occupied by the owner
  • Commercial and residential development sites

We are able to lend to most borrower types including:

  • Personal
  • Partnerships [including Limited Liability Partnerships]
  • Limited Companies and PLC’s
  • Registered Social Landlords
  • SIPP’s and SSAS’s

Each of our Relationship Managers has at least 10 years experience in their current role and will be delighted to discuss your own unique requirements with you.
